Please
read the following terms and conditions before booking:
Weekly rentals are from Saturday
to Saturday.
1. A deposit of EUR 200 is required to confirm booking. The
balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
2. Damage deposit: We require EUR 200 damage deposit against
potential damage during stay refundable on departure.
3. Cancellation: We reserve the right to take a cancelation fee
as follows:
4. More than 31 days: Deposit forfeited. 8-21 days: 75% of
rental forfeited. 7. Less than 8 days: 100% of rental
forfeited.
5. Accommodation available from 4pm-8pm arrival date and vacated
by 10am on departure date. unless otherwise agreed.
6. We endeavour to have your accommodation in a well maintained
state when you arrive and request you leave the same
way.
7. The number of persons stated on the booking form must not be
exceeded without permission.
8. Bed linen, towels supplied free.
9. There is an extra charge for electricity @ 20c per unit. Heat EUR 1 per unit.
10. We cannot cater for pets. Private car parking available.
